Plans are bought and billed through the monday Marketplace. One Review Unit is one Document run through one Tabular Document Review with up to 15 Questions. Rerunning a Document consumes another unit. Monthly unused units roll over up to 2× the plan's monthly allowance. Paid pilot customers receive a 20% account-level discount.
What a Review Unit is
One Review Unit is one Document run through one Tabular Document Review with up to 15 Questions, within the plan's page limit per Document. Twenty NDAs reviewed against ten Questions is twenty Review Units. Adding an eleventh Question later and rerunning those Documents is another twenty, because each rerun processes the Document again.
Unused monthly units roll over, up to twice the plan's monthly allowance. Annual plans pool the year's units so a busy deal month does not run out.
How the trial works
Every new monday account starts with 10 Review Units over 14 days, with up to 30 pages per Document and 300 processing pages in total. That is enough to review a real batch of agreements against your own Questions before deciding on a plan. Text files count one page per 3,000 characters.
Why not per seat
Most legal AI tools charge per user per month, which pushes teams to keep the tool away from the people who would use it occasionally: the associate who checks one clause, the deal lead who reads the summary, the reviewer in another office. A review is more useful when everyone who needs the answers can open them. Charging for reviewed Documents keeps the cost tied to the work and lets the whole team in.
Billing
Plans are bought and managed through the monday Marketplace, so they appear on your monday invoice. Questions about plans, upgrades, or a paid pilot go to support.
